To clean your phone case, we recommend using warm soapy water to remove dust and dirt.

As this is an object that is frequently used on a daily basis, please allow for a reasonable amount of wear and tear. You can expect your phone case to be more worn after about 6-9 months. However, similar to a pair of shoes, the life of the item will largely depend on how it is used. Discoloration or damage can result from daily use, exposure and frequent handling or dropping.

The jewels do not normally fall off. However, it is important that you do not bend, pull or tug on your case as this will cause the jewels to come loose.

We do not recommend any of our products for people with known or suspected allergies to latex, metals, silicone, plastics, glues, plaster, or other construction-grade materials. Our phone cases are made with small charms that may become loose. They are not suitable for children under 3.
