RETURNS

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Return costs will have to be paid by the customer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Switzerland, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Certain types of items such as bespoke or personalised products cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order on receipt and contact us within 1 day of receiving the product. If the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us so that we can investigate and rectify the problem.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product, please return the item as described above and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
